Grand Rapids, Michigan based Monsma Marketing Corporation and Hansen Marketing Services announce an exciting and beneficial mutual transaction to combine their companies. Each company will continue to operate separately as we work to identify strengths, create synergies, and ultimately provide increased value to the markets we serve. Both companies will operate under the Monsma Marketing umbrella.

Monsma and Hansen have been pillars of the building materials distribution industry for decades as preferred partners for our vendors and our customer base in Michigan, Indiana, and Ohio. Each family owned with similar values and cultures, our companies have grown our legacy businesses through strong relationships built on service, reliability, and trust. The combined companies will be led by Monsma’s Jane Lovell, CEO, and George Brightrall, President. Hansen will operate as a subsidiary of Monsma, with Marty Gillespie and Jim Frensley of Hansen remaining involved as consultants for the company until a successful transition has been achieved.
